Super 6 is a high-strength, corrugated asbestos-cement roofing product widely used in New Zealand from the 1940s through to the 1980s. It was commonly installed on homes, industrial buildings, sheds, and farm structures due to its durability and weather resistance.

Roofs manufactured prior to the mid-1980s typically contain asbestos. While many remain serviceable when intact, ageing, weathering, surface damage, or drilling can increase the risk of fibre disturbance if not properly managed.
